In case of limit of field over
160 entries, qualifying round of 18 holes be played by strokes on May
15, at the Carlton Oaks Country Club Course, CandleWood Conutry Club, Panther Lake Country
Club, Crooked cat Country Club, Tooth Executive Country Club, and Whiskers Putting
Country Club.

Qualifying
Competition Schedule

First
round: May 15, Thurseday, 18 hole stroke
Second
round: May 16, Friday, 18 hole stroke
Third round: May 17, Saturday, 18
hole stroke
Final round: May 18, Sunday, 18
hole stroke

The 60 lowest scores over
the 36 holes and any tying for 50th place shall be qualified for the
final round completion (excluded the amateur). In the case of the amateur
players, 3 who ranked within the 60 lowest scores upon completion of the 36holes
shall be qualified for final round with the pro that the qualifying amateurs
are 3 or less. (the tying back counted)

The
following are automatically qualified to participate
in the Wolrd GA open qualifying competitions.
Professional:
United
States of American Tour Golf for 2003
Maximum
five overseas players by each country nominated by the
World GA Organizing Committee.
Amateur:
Some
players who recommended by the organizing committee
of the tournament.

Entry from,
Entrance Fee & Closing Date For Entries
|
a. Entries shall be made only on
the special entry from to be obtained from the organizing Committee. An entry
shall be accepted from any tour
golfer or male amateur golfer whose handicap does not exceed three
strokes under U.S.G.A. or R & A. handicapping system or similar standard.
b. The entry fee shall be paid either to the United States Of America
Professional Golfer’s Association or the Competition Section
of Carlton Oaks Country Club at the time of his/her
submission of the fully completed entry form. The entry fee shall be $200.00
for a professional player and $100.00 an amateur. The amateurs who advance to the
main competition from the elimination to be held on May 15, 2003 shall pay
an additional entry fee of $50.00.
c. Entries must be received
by the secretary of the organizing
committee not later than April 16, 2003 Entries will not be accepted by telephone,
telegram, telex, or cable unless the entry form is full completed and signed by the
entrant.
d. Entrance fee will not be refunded unless intimation of withdrawal is
received before the closing date for entries.
e.
The organizing committee may
require evidence of the playing ability of entries.
All entries
shall be subject to the approval of the organizing committee, which reserved
the right to accept or refuse any entry without giving reason for its decision,
which shall be final.

Passport
and VISA
|
|
All visitors entering the country are
required to have a national passport or other internationally recognized travel
documents endorsed valid for U S A. Participants, delegates and officials are
advised to ask detailed information from the United States Of America Embassy
or the representatives of the United States Of America Government in their
respective country with regard to visa application can be submitted to the
nearest consulate of the United States Of America Government. All the
participants should be permitted by United States of America Consul with legality Entry Visa of status ----- for Work Permit
(Not Tourist Visa)

a.
The practice round and
professional- amateur tournament will be held on May 15,2003 at Carlton
Oaks C.C and CandleWood C.C player will be allowed only one ball during
the practice round
b.
The tournament Committee will
fix the rules and dates for practice round by all registered entrants who have
paid their entry fee.
